DandoTerms of Use

1. The service and its operator
Dando helps block access to risky sites and connects you with a guardian you choose. The operator is 윤재훈; inquiries go to wogns8030@naver.com.
2. Use and permissions
Under 14, you may sign up with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, which is confirmed at sign-up. Protection may need settings such as a VPN, accessibility, the Safari extension or Screen Time, depending on the operating system. Read what each feature does and only grant permissions you agree to on your own device. Do not register someone else’s device or use the guardian connection without their consent. While protection is on, other VPNs, proxies, bypass programs and secure DNS cannot be used, so that gambling blocking cannot be got around; if one is turned on or Dando’s protection is turned off, your linked guardian is notified. Dando blocks only gambling sites and does not judge other sites, but opening a site your carrier blocks through a VPN is not possible either while protection is on.
3. What protection covers and its limits
Dando does not guarantee that every gambling site is detected or every workaround blocked. Protection can be limited by device permissions, the operating system, the network or the server, and sites can be blocked or missed by mistake. A lost status signal alone is not taken as proof that the app was deleted. Dando does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Guardian connection
A guardian you connect can see protection status and release requests and can reach you through messages and shared contact details. Guardians never see the sites you visit or your screen. Do not share your credentials or connection codes.
5. Your obligations
Do not attack the service, use another user’s credentials, send harassing messages or submit false data. On the app’s anonymous board, do not post gambling promotion or ads, links or site addresses, contact details such as phone numbers or messenger IDs, abuse, other people’s personal information or illegal content. Such posts are blocked automatically or reported, and the operator may hide or delete posts and stop the writer from posting. The operator may temporarily limit features as far as needed to investigate outages or security issues.
6. Payment, suspension and changes
This page is not a payment contract and does not mean paid sales have started. If paid features are offered, price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before payment. Important changes to the service and terms are announced before they apply and do not limit your legal rights.
Turning protection off: with a connected guardian, only the one-time code the guardian issues can turn it off; without one, you can turn it off in the app after confirming. Either way, turning it off stops automatic renewal so you are not charged from the next billing period, and you can use the period already paid until it ends. If automatic cancellation fails, you can cancel in the store’s subscription settings that the app points you to.
