Youth protection, organization and military partnerships

We welcome pilot proposals from gambling prevention and recovery services, schools, and military counselors. Choose “General” in the form above and tell us the organization, a contact, the group and its size, the devices used and how you would like to use Dando.

The product is being verified before launch. Management features for organizations, military supply and official partnerships are not in place; we discuss the scope after reviewing consent, privacy and security requirements. Please do not include participants’ real names or counseling records.

What you can ask about

Installation, protection settings and guardian connection
A normal site blocked, or a gambling site not blocked
Deleting an account or personal data, and leaving the launch list
Bug reports and suggestions

When reporting a bug

Please include the device model, OS and app version, the time it happened and how to reproduce it. Hide personal details in screenshots.

Never send passwords, tokens, connection codes or payment secrets. Support is not an emergency or medical service.
