단도단도 계정 삭제 안내
1. 앱에서 바로 삭제
- 단도 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
- 기록 · 계정 화면으로 갑니다.
- 데이터 삭제에서 내 데이터 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
보호자나 서로 보호 상대가 연결되어 있으면, 혼자 충동적으로 지우지 못하도록 상대의 해제 승인 후에 삭제됩니다.
2. 앱 없이 삭제 요청
앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없으면 고객센터 문의(계정·개인정보) 또는 jhyun@dandohelper.com로 가입한 이메일 또는 로그인 방식(카카오·네이버·구글)과 함께 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.
3. 삭제되는 정보
회원정보(이름·이메일·휴대폰 번호·생년월일), 로그인 연결, 보호자·서로 보호 연결, 메시지, 알림, 차단 기록, 해제 요청, 기기 정보가 지체 없이 삭제됩니다. 커뮤니티에 쓴 글과 댓글은 작성자와의 연결이 끊긴 익명 글로 남으니, 지우고 싶으면 계정 삭제 전에 직접 삭제해 주세요.
4. 보관되는 정보와 기간
- 결제한 기간이 남아 있으면 그 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용한 뒤 구독이 해지되며, 그때 삭제됩니다.
- 데이터베이스 백업은 최대 14일 보관 후 교체되면서 지워집니다.
5. 계정은 두고 일부 데이터만 삭제
커뮤니티 글·댓글은 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 그 밖의 데이터는 고객센터로 요청하면 삭제합니다.
Delete your Dando account
In the app
Open Dando and sign in → Records · Account screen → Delete data → Delete my data and confirm. If a guardian or partner is linked, the deletion happens after they approve the release.
Without the app
Send a request through the support form (Account & privacy) or to jhyun@dandohelper.com with your sign-up e-mail or sign-in method (Kakao, Naver, Google). We confirm it is you and reply when done. Never send your password.
What is deleted
Profile (name, e-mail, phone number, date of birth), sign-in links, guardian and partner links, messages, notifications, blocking records, release requests and device data are deleted without delay. Community posts and comments stay as anonymous posts no longer linked to you; delete them yourself first if you want them gone.
What is kept, and for how long
If paid days remain, the account stays usable until the period ends, the subscription is cancelled and the data is deleted then. Database backups are replaced within 14 days.

You can delete your own posts and comments; for other data, ask through the support form.
